Frost Maiden in Icewind Dale

Scramsacks has heard rumor that the Frost Maiden has taken up residence in this area. Some towns have been placing offerings out to keep the Frost Maiden at bay. Bryn Shander has a lottery for sacrifices. Duvessa is the councel member that deals, runs the town and the lottery.
