Objective:

Encounter:

• Retcon before the dragon interaction
• Fall asleep with Sulk and Zaas on watch
• End up over sleeping, Sulk and Zaas is missing
• Sam finds footsteps of Sulk and Zaas and another smaller set of footprints
• We follow footsteps into a clearing
• The clearing has had the color muted/drained from it
• The footsteps disappear
• We see disembodied body parts every where
• Looks like a lot of them are deurgar
• There is likely a Shadowfell gate here
• King gets pulled in through the Shadowfell gate
• Sam grabs Zari and jumps through after King
• We land in Shadowfell
• Turns out we came back to Kings old area, Richmerlot. Think french lowlands during the boubonic plague
• Here a snap in the forest and a small cry for help
• Sam goes to check it out
  • Zari is stopped by King and warned about being taken advantage of
• Find dying Gnomes
• Turns out they're from the Velvin Thicket
• Turns out the disease here is the same as in the Velvin Thicket
• Zari gets an update from the gnome about how the Velvin Thicket is doing
• Follow King he takes us to his old house
• House is definitely broken down
• Go inside, find wearrat fur
• King guards downstairs while Zari and Sam go upstairs
• Upstairs relatively clean
  • Parents room is relatively nice
    • Find nice emerald ring
  • Kings room
    • Found a hidden drawer of feather accessories
    • See fletching gear
    • Skinned rabbit
    • Crumpled notes
      • To mom and dad about trying to explain his intention about his actions in leaving
    • Small note on the floor
      • Wax seal still there
• Take ring, note, and feather downstairs
  • Hand ring and note over
• See a glint out of the corner of King eye
• A lady named Louise Renier shows up after being invisible
  • Make a deal, Louise Renier says that she will help us get into Chateou Renier via sewers
  • Shows King where parents and friends are being held
  • Wants the Winter Lotus for herself
  • Offers to give antidote to Zari as well to help her Velvin Thicket
  • Winter Lotus is in a glacier wall of ice according to Louise Renier
    • See the ruins of a tower in the glacier very tip sticking out
• Take some clothes to blend in better start travelling
• Night time starts to fall and we make it to an Inn
• Turns out everyone is a wearrat
